In short
We store as little as possible — only what the systems you enabled yourself actually need. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers, and you can request its deletion at any time.
1. What we store
- Guild ID — to tie the settings to your server
- User ID — to tie subscriptions, permissions and moderation records to their owner
- System settings — prefix, language, log channels, protection rules, ticket settings
- Moderation records — warnings, mutes and bans with their reasons and executor, because the system can't work without them
- Ticket transcripts — the ticket conversation content, stored only if you enable this feature
- Backups — the structure of roles, channels and permissions, when you create a backup yourself
- Operational logs — errors and command execution times, used only to fix problems
2. What we don't store
- Your server's messages in general — the bot processes each message in the moment and then discards it; the text is only kept in ticket transcripts or the deleted-message log if you enable them
- Passwords — sign-in happens through Discord itself and we never see your credentials
- Payment data — payments run through an external provider and card numbers never pass through us
- Any personal data beyond what Discord makes available to bots
3. Why we store it
The only purpose of storing this data is running the service: remembering your settings, executing the enabled systems, verifying your subscription, providing support when something breaks, and protecting the service from abuse.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is shared only in these cases:
- With the infrastructure providers we host the service on, as far as running it requires
- With the payment provider, which receives only what completing the purchase requires
- When a legal obligation compels us to
5. Retention
- Server settings are deleted within 30 days of removing the bot from the server
- Moderation records are kept according to your plan — 7 days on free, 90 days on premium
- Ticket transcripts and backups stay until you delete them yourself or the retention period removes them
- Operational logs are deleted automatically within 14 days
- Subscription data is kept for as long as financial records require
6. Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your stored data, correct it, or have it deleted entirely. Send your request through a support ticket with your account ID and we execute it within 7 working days. Deletion is final and means losing your settings, records and backups.
7. Security
Data is stored on protected servers with restricted access, seen only by the minimum of our technical team and only for operations and support.
8. Children
The service is not directed at anyone below the legal age set in Discord's terms. If we learn we hold data for an account below that age, we delete it as soon as we know.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, and any material change to what data is stored is announced before it takes effect.
10. Contact
For any question about your privacy or your data, reach us through a support ticket.
