Before you ask
Is the free tier actually usable?
Yes. Moderation, tickets, logging, reaction roles and anti-spam all work on the free tier with no time limit. Premium adds anti-nuke, automation rules, scheduled backups and longer log retention
Does VERV read my members' messages?
It processes messages in the moment to run the filters you enabled, then discards them. Nothing is stored unless you specifically turn on ticket transcripts or the deleted-message log
What permissions does it need?
Only what your enabled systems require. Anti-nuke needs Administrator to reverse an attack in progress; if you skip that system, you can skip the permission too
Do I have to use a prefix?
No — commands work by their bare name out of the box, and every command is also available as a slash command. If you want a prefix, set one from the dashboard or with prefix followed by the symbol you want
What happens when my subscription ends?
Premium systems switch off, the free ones keep running, and all your configuration stays exactly where it was. Resubscribe and everything comes back on
Is there a refund policy?
Full refund within 48 hours if the service failed on our side. Details are in the terms.
Can I move settings between servers?
Yes — export a backup on one server and load it on another. Roles, channels and system settings all carry over
