Welcome to VERV

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VERV website, dashboard, Discord bot, systems, features, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service")

VERV is a technology project created and developed by developers and founders from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, providing tools and services for managing, moderating, and protecting Discord servers

By accessing our website, creating an account, adding VERV to a Discord server, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service and remove VERV from your Discord servers

1. Service Description

VERV provides tools for managing and protecting Discord servers, including but not limited to:

Discord bot functionality
Web dashboard
Moderation systems
Anti-Nuke protection
Anti-Spam and raid protection
Ticket systems
Audit logs
Role management
Automation
Backups
Welcome systems and other management tools
Free features
Premium features and subscriptions

VERV currently provides multiple systems and commands, which may be updated, modified, replaced, or removed at any time

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using VERV, you agree to:

Comply with these Terms
Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and policies
Not use VERV for unlawful or harmful purposes
Take responsibility for your use of the Service
Take responsibility for the permissions you grant VERV inside your Discord server

If you use VERV on behalf of an organization, company, or community, you confirm that you have the authority to do so

3. User Accounts

Certain VERV features may require you to sign in using Discord or create an account through the VERV dashboard

You are responsible for:

Keeping your account secure
Not sharing your login credentials
All activity performed through your account
Ensuring that you are authorized to use the connected Discord account

VERV is not responsible for damage caused by users sharing their account or Discord credentials with third parties

4. Discord Server Usage

When you add VERV to a Discord server, you grant the bot the permissions necessary to operate the systems you enable

VERV attempts to request only the permissions required by enabled systems

Certain systems may require elevated permissions, including Administrator, to perform their intended security or moderation functions

You are responsible for:

Permissions granted to VERV
Your server configuration
Roles and permissions assigned to members
The systems you enable

VERV does not guarantee that any configuration will prevent every form of attack, abuse, raid, or server damage

5. Data and Messages

VERV may process certain Discord data in order to provide the features you enable

For example, messages may be processed temporarily to operate moderation, filtering, and anti-spam systems

Message content is not permanently stored merely because it is processed, unless a feature specifically requires storage, including:

Ticket transcripts
Deleted-message logs
Audit logs
Other features explicitly described as storing data

6. Premium Subscriptions

VERV provides both free and paid Premium features

Available features may vary depending on the active subscription

Premium may include features such as:

Premium systems
Automation
Scheduled backups
Extended log retention
Additional protection features
Other features advertised by VERV

VERV reserves the right to modify features, plans, or pricing in the future

7. Subscription Expiration and Renewal

VERV subscriptions currently do not automatically renew

When a subscription expires:

Premium systems are disabled
Free systems remain available
Your server configuration is not deleted solely because your subscription expired
Premium features can be restored by purchasing another subscription

Any future changes to the subscription system will be communicated appropriately

8. Payments

When purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers

VERV is not responsible for:

Payment provider outages
Bank payment declines
Card-related issues
Payment processing delays
Fees charged by banks or payment providers

You confirm that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method

9. Refund Policy

Users may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase when the request is caused by a failure of the Service attributable to VERV

Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by:

Incorrect user configuration
Removing VERV from a server
Removing required permissions
Discord restrictions or outages
User's server configuration
Failure to use the Service
Change of mind after using the Service
Abuse or misuse of the Service

VERV reserves the right to review refund requests individually

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with VERV, including but not limited to:

VERV name
Brand identity
Logos
Website design
Dashboard
Software and source code
Systems
Commands
User interfaces
Content
Text
Graphics

is owned by VERV or used under appropriate licenses

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, extract, modify, or republish any part of the Service without prior written permission

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use VERV to:

Conduct fraud
Send harmful or unauthorized spam
Attack Discord servers
Abuse VERV's security systems
Circumvent subscriptions or licensing systems
Access another user's account or data without authorization
Extract or copy source code
Resell VERV without authorization
Conduct unlawful activities
Violate Discord policies
Disrupt or attack VERV infrastructure
Exploit vulnerabilities for malicious purposes

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice

12. Anti-Nuke and Security Features

VERV provides security systems designed to reduce the impact of certain attacks and destructive actions, including mass deletions, mass bans, role wipes, raids, and other forms of abuse

These systems are designed to reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete protection against every possible attack

VERV is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Successful attacks
Incorrect configuration
Missing permissions
Discord API issues
System delays or failures
Improper configuration

13. Backups

VERV may provide backup systems that allow users to save and restore certain Discord server configurations

Backups are not guaranteed to restore every piece of data or configuration in every situation

Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of important information

VERV is not responsible for data loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control

14. Third-Party Services

VERV may rely on third-party services, including Discord, payment providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers

VERV does not fully control these third-party services and is not responsible for outages or failures caused by them

Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and policies

15. Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable Service

Any uptime percentage or availability figure displayed by VERV represents an operational target and does not constitute a contractual guarantee unless explicitly stated otherwise

The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to:

Maintenance
Updates
Technical failures
Infrastructure issues
Discord outages
Security incidents
Events outside our reasonable control

16. Support

Technical support is provided through the support channels made available by VERV

Premium users may receive priority support depending on the current support policy

Unless explicitly stated, VERV does not guarantee a specific response time

17. Suspension and Termination

VERV may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the Service
Attempt fraud
Attempt to compromise or disrupt the Service
Violate intellectual property rights
Threaten users or VERV infrastructure
Violate applicable policies or laws

We may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary

18. Disclaimer

The VERV Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will always operate without interruption
All features will always function
The Service will be completely error-free
All attacks will be prevented
All data will always remain available
The Service will meet every user's requirements

You use the Service at your own risk

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service

This may include:

Data loss
Discord configuration loss
Financial losses
Server downtime
Discord-related issues
Third-party misuse

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your use of the Service causes a claim, damage, loss, or liability due to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VERV and its operators, employees, representatives, and affiliates from resulting claims and reasonable costs

21. Changes to the Service

VERV reserves the right to:

Add new features
Remove features
Modify systems
Change pricing
Change usage limits
Discontinue specific services

Some changes may be made without prior notice when necessary for technical, operational, or security reasons

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time

When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through appropriate channels

Your continued use of VERV after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

23. Saudi and Jordanian Origin

VERV was created and developed by a team that includes developers and founders from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

This statement does not mean that VERV is owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by any government or governmental entity in either country

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, this wording describes the origin of the project's creators and development team and does not itself establish a legal company or jurisdiction in either country

If VERV operates through a formally registered legal entity, the applicable governing law and jurisdiction shall be determined according to that entity's place of registration and any mandatory laws applicable to the Service and the user

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law

24. Relationship with Discord

VERV is an independent service and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc.

Discord, the Discord name, and the Discord logo are trademarks of their respective owners

Your use of VERV alongside Discord is also subject to Discord's applicable Terms of Service and policies

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with VERV's Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies officially published by VERV, constitute the agreement between you and VERV regarding your use of the Service

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
